T2Day

Ever since Starbucks closed all but 8 of their stores on the ENTIRE continent of Australia....we have been searching for a new place to hang our hats. We discovered T2 today. The glass on the front left is my iced tea. It looks like cider but tastes delicious. Jonathon on the other hand has completely gone Aussie and is drinking Madagascar vanilla tea, with MILK, in a dainty floral cup. We spent about four hours here. I read "God's Smuggler" and he studied for his Answers in Genesis creation class. We will definitely visit again soon. By the way Mom, you will LOVE this place.

Lucy the Telescope

Jonathon is thrilled to introduce you to Lucy! We have been patiently waiting for a clear night to check out God's amazing creation. I think one size bigger Babe and you'd have to build your own planetarium!

Jason & Kelly's Anniversary

We always acknowledge everyone's special day
at Bible study. Tonight was no exception.

Jason and Kelly celebrated their
8th wedding anniversary.

I am the ONLY one who calls her "Fajita", but
then I ordered the ice cream cake! What
do you expect?? ha ha

Saharas with Jas and Kelly

Jas and Kelly came early to Bible study so we could eat in a FOOD COURT. That's how fantastico the food is.

Ahhh, laughter is good for the soul. I guess that makes Kelly Girl my "Soul Sister."

Afternoon Tea with the Badcocks

We haven't seen Peter and Karina since April. We were aware of how much time had passed when we saw their boys! They're getting SO big.

Jam Session

This is Ian. He is the worship and youth group leader at a church we used to attend. He blessed us tonight by leading the music for Bible study. After nearly everyone had left, he and I had a little jam session. It was SO MUCH FUN!

Fagun Indian Restaurant

Paul and Christina met us for Indian food again at
our latest discovery in Sydney

This is a blackmail photo of Paul. He is drinking his
"Rose Lassi". It is a bit of a girly drink,
don't ya think mate?

JR and I are all smiles eating this lamb again.

Play at the Opera House

Part of Jonathon's birthday present this year was an Alfred Hitchcock play at the Opera House. It was fantastic - funny and exceptionally entertaining.

During intermission we ventured outside to enjoy the views and a cuppa.

The weather was perfect today. No jackets required until the sun went down.

I never tire of this place. The Harbor Bridge is particularly beautiful at sunset.

Indian Cuisine / Creationism Conference

Oh my stars, this was outstanding food.
I don't remember the names of these dishes,
but we will definitely return for more.

Are these copper pots cute, or what?

Paul, Joel and Jon Bruce, who refuses to make a
"normal" face for a photo!

Tina, Jonathon and "Norm". After dinner
we walked one block to attend a two day
Creation Ministries International event
on creationism. It was brilliant. I will
attend every one of them that is held
in Sydney.
