After walking the mall, we met up with Jason, Kelly and their kids for an ice cream at Cold Rock. It's ALWAYS good to catch up with my baby seeeester.

This makes me laugh out loud. It is located in the mall in Penrith.

Fortunately, they were airing boxing. If it had been gridiron, I would have been the only sheila in the man lounge! HA

American Father's Day 2011

When Jonathon woke up this morning, he announced that he wanted to celebrate (American) Father's Day by lunching at the Stone Grill in Penrith.

Calzone

When Jonathon was in California, I couldn't sleep one night because I was craving a spinach calzone from Old Chicago's Pizza in Colorado Springs. Since he didn't bring me one from the States, he did the next best thing.


He satisfied my craving by taking me to an Italian restaurant in Concord that served me a spinach and mushroom calzone. It was DELICIOUS!

Chicken?

I never, ever, EVER eat chicken. I despise chicken. Today, however, I ordered chicken satay at my favourite Thai restaurant. My oh my, it was chick-tastic!
